AWARDS
Over the past ten years, various awards have been given to the
games we have worked on. Below are some for Warlords IV, Warlords

Game Chronicles Magazine Editors Choice - Warlords Battlecry
III
- "...Warlords Battlecry III is one of the largest
RTS games Ive ever played in terms of available
species and tech trees."
- "The voices of the heroes and other units are half
the reason to keep playing."
- "Thirty hours and I havent finished the campaign
mode yet...Of course, this doesnt include the more
than twenty skirmish missions, and endless random maps
to give you plenty of replay value, especially if you
start up more than one hero."
- "If youre a fan of Warlords Battlecry II
then this sequel will most likely be right up your alley..."
- "For those of you new to the series Warlords Battlecry
III has a lot to offer that you wont find in any
other RTS title, and if you like RTS games, theres
a lot to like here."

Best PC game - Warlords IV
Infinitive Interactive branched off from the Strategic
Studies Group earlier this year and takes out the first
of three Sumean Award categories with the latest in the
long running Warlords series of games. Warlords IV proved
to be the most popular PC game by a long margin, while it
was a close count for second with Trainz, Jurassic Park,
and World of Outlaw Sprint Cars...
1. Warlords IV: Heroes of Etheria - Infinite Interactive
42%
2. Trainz Railroad Simulator 2004 - Auran 20%
3. Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis - Blue Tongue 17%
4. World of Outlaw Sprint Cars - Ratbag 15%
Best overall Art - Warlords IV
It's another category win for Infinite Interactive, who
take out the best overall art title with their Warlords
IV game. Grand Prix Challenge is a really aesthetic looking
racing game, and is well deserved in this category. Purchase
a copy and you'll see what I mean :)
1. Warlords IV: Heroes of Etheria - Infinite Interactive
39%
2. Grand Prix Challenge - Atari Melbourne House 21%
3. Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis - Blue Tongue 17%

Best overall game for 2003 - Warlords IV
The last (and definately not the least) category won by
Infinite Interactive. The Best overall game for 2003, as

you are Warlords crazy, I think.

PC Gamer Editors Choice - Warlords Battlecry II
- "Perfect game balance; fantastic AI; strong, individual
hero development; good tutorial...an absolute must have
for fans of the real-time strategy genre."
- "Not just another fantasy-themed-races-slugging-it-out-type
game."
- "This game...adds more races, hero classes, buildings,
options, and units--throwing tons of time and creativity
into the standard stuff you'd expect..."
- "A great interface with plenty of keyboard shortcuts,
a good scenario editor/builder, weather and day-/nighttime
effects on races and battles, attractive animations, and
many customizable options for skirmishes, and campaigns.
Warlords Battlecry II is one RTS that will be welcome
on my computer for a long time to come."
- "One new feature is a standout...a non-linear campaign,
set on a map of 67 provinces divvied up among the 12 races."
- "What separates Warlords Battlecry II from the
horde are its scope and depth."

Computer Gaming World Editors Choice - Warlords Battlecry
II
- "...a superbly excellent RTS that continues the
innovation of its predecessors."
- "The RPG elements of the game are deep, and should
satisfy gamers looking for that kind of experience, but
surprisingly they don't overwhelm the player."
- "Battlecry II is elegantly designed and readily
accessible, but this game is also deeper than the Marianas
Trench. It'll take you weeks, even months to discover
all this game has to offer."
- "Whether you're an RPG fan or just love a good,
original RTS design, Warlords Battlecry II will keep you
coming back again and again."
- "An innovative yet solid approach to two different
genres results in one of the finest strategy games around
right now."

|
Computer Games Magazine Editors Choice - Warlords Battlecry
II
- "...the definitive real time strategy game."
- "Battlecry II has one of the most satisfying unit
AIs and perhaps the single most streamlined and flexible
interface of any game in the genre."
- "It's worth repeating and it's not said lightly:
the definitive real time strategy game. There are many
out there, and a lot of them are very good, but for now,
there are none better than Warlords Battlecry II."
- "The new paragon of real-time strategy."
